The location of the Company's property assets in relation to proven mining operations and the geology of the Timmins Gold Camp continues to present significant opportunities for the development of economic gold deposits. Lexam VG Gold has corporate office in Toronto, exploration office in Timmins and is listed on stock exchanges in Canada (TSX: LEX), Germany (FWB: VN3A) and United States (OTCQX: LEXVF). Chairman Rob McEwen is the largest shareholder, with 27% ownership in the company.
